Evernote for Business: Event Update
Last month I had the honor of speaking at Evernote’s Headquarters. I was on a panel with two other Evernote Business Certified Consultants, and we shared case studies about using Evernote in the workplace. The environment was full of Evernote enthusiasts or those curious about the program - and it was contagious. (Yes, I completely geeked out.)
While you can see the full video of the event, I also wanted to give you a few highlights of the night.
Myself, Connie Johnson and Gabrielle Fishman shared some of our top business solutions when using Evernote:
Define your workflow. The first step in setting yourself up for success in any process comes from identifying where your important information comes from and where it needs to go, then documenting that workflow.
Naming Conventions are Critical. Save yourself time and effort with a consistent naming convention for you notebooks and notes that will help your information naturally sort itself.
Share your work. Sharing your notes and notebooks help ensures that everyone has access to your team/family/squad’s key information.
Find is better than search. Finding your digital information doesn’t have to be time-consuming, and Evernote’s search function is powerful and fast.
If you are an Evernote user, you can find out about events in your area on the calendar.
