My Blender is Getting a Workout This Month
So, I’ve got two Challenges going on this month, not to brag or anything. I’m taking myself to task on the #GO31Day Challenge, but I’m also taking on that whole resolution about eating healthier. Did you make that one, too?
So, the good folks over at Simple Green Smoothies have put together a 30-day (you guessed it) Green Smoothie Challenge. I won’t hit the 100% participation mark, but I love the fresh ideas for smoothies - and the weekly menu that goes along with it. Check it out for yourself, and in the meantime, here’s a recipe that was new to me - and I love it!
